SSG is helping to contribute to a healthier & cleaner environment.  We recycle all possible office and
production waste.  We use eco-friendly and soy-based inks on many of our products. We encourage our customers, suppliers & competitors to take the time to set up recycling stations at there offices. A few extra minutes a day can have long lasting positive effects.

Production does not begin until we have received a signed approved proof.

All orders are to be paid in full at time of ordering. For larger signs and orders over $1000.00 a 50% deposit will be required at time of ordering. The balance will be due before delivery or installation.

All sales are final! No refunds or exchanges on printed materials and signs.

We take time and care preparing proofs, any mistakes not mentioned during the proofing process will be considered approved.  Of course we back our products, any product that fails to perform to its specs will be replaced.

Products such as posts and frames can be returned within 24 hours of delivery/pick-up for a full refund (if not used). Any item returned within 48 hours from delivery/pick-up will be accepted and you will receive company credit. No returns are accepted after 3 days.

A fee of $35 will be charged on any check returned to us by the bank.
